How They Found Us
8 of 9 attendees found Mom Resort through their own community's communication channel. Only 1 came from a friend referral. This is a partnership finding, not a marketing finding. The property's own resident distribution list filled the room — which is the core reason a property partner is the right channel, not a paid one.
Methodology Verification
31 mothers registered for the pilot; walk-ins were not separately tracked. The online check-in survey captured 13 rows, of which 11 were legible (2 rows were encrypted and unreadable in this export). Of the respondents who answered the pre-event goal question, 9 of 9 named a connection-based outcome. Of the respondents who answered the discovery-channel question, 8 of 9 named community/HOA communication. The After Glow post-event survey received 2 responses out of 31 registered mothers, a 6% response rate. Both respondents independently named "the feeling of being understood and catered to" as the most valuable part of the evening. With only 2 responses, this is reported as "both respondents," never as a percentage of all attendees. No post-event question about loneliness was asked at this pilot. Any claim describing a measured drop in loneliness after the event is not supported by this dataset and does not appear on this page. A repeat event will include a before/after wellbeing question with identical wording to close this gap.

Overview
Mom Resort is a pop-up wellness event series for mothers, hosted inside residential communities and resort properties. The pilot event ran September 19, 2025 at Sweetwater Club in Austin, Texas, with 31 registered mothers and licensed on-site childcare for 15-plus children.

Distribution & Reach
8 of 9 attendees found Mom Resort through their own community's HOA or resident communication channel, and 1 through a friend referral. This is a partnership finding: the property's own resident distribution list filled the room, which is why a property partner is the right channel, not a paid one.
