Sweetwater · Austin · Coming 2027
Mom Resort finds the space. You pick the version of yourself who's coming.
Not every woman needs the same thing on a Thursday.
We host small, biweekly gatherings using the pools, trails, and clubhouses your HOA dues already paid for. Some nights you'll want to talk about your kids. Some nights you'll want to talk about literally anything else. Both are on the menu.
About
We started with a simple, unglamorous observation.
The advice does not scale. One woman needs to be handed a drink and left alone near water. Another needs someone to ask what she used to do for a living. Another needs ninety minutes where nobody says her name in a rising tone. Hand all three the same wellness worksheet and you've helped none of them.
So Mom Resort doesn't run a program. It runs a set of rooms.
Every gathering is small, biweekly, and hosted in a neighborhood amenity space that's otherwise sitting empty on a weeknight. Different terrain, different mood — because the point isn't the itinerary. The point is that you choose which version sounds survivable this week, and the choice is honored without commentary.
You will not be asked to introduce yourself with a fun fact. There is no laminated agenda. Nobody is going to make you stand in a circle.
We are not a support group, a church group, an MLM, or a brand activation in a trench coat. We're a standing reservation in your own neighborhood, held by someone whose actual job is logistics.
What we believe
One size fits one.
The thing that saves your neighbor may do nothing for you, and that isn't a personal failure — it's just information. So we stopped trying to build the correct experience and started building several, then let women self-select without a survey, a diagnosis, or a story about their trauma.
We use spaces that already exist, on nights they're already empty, in neighborhoods you already pay for. There was never anything to build. There was only something to unlock.
And the honest part: this is not a fix. Nobody's leaving with a solved life. You're leaving with ninety minutes you didn't have to plan, a few faces you'll see again in fourteen days, and the very underrated feeling of being somewhere on purpose.

The rooms
Same idea. Three completely different nights.
The location changes. The format doesn't. Every gathering runs one of three ways, and you pick the one you can survive this week.
Room 1 — The water one
Shallow end, deep end, and a trail if you'd rather walk than sit. Come with a toddler on your hip or come with nothing at all. This is the low-effort door.
Room 2 — The moving one
Paddle, walk, or ride. Something for your hands and your legs so your mouth gets a break. Some weeks the last thing you need is another conversation about how you're doing.
Room 3 — The quiet one
No splashing, no shouting, nobody asking for a snack. A slow loop at dusk and the specific, underrated luxury of moving somewhere in a straight line.
The location changes. The format doesn't. Every gathering runs one of three ways, and you pick the one you can survive this week.
Best for: showing up as-is, in a swimsuit, with nothing prepared.
Best for: the week you cannot sit still and cannot talk about it yet.
Best for: the week you'd trade every wellness product on earth for forty minutes and a breeze.
If your neighborhood has the space, we'll bring the night.
We're choosing the next few neighborhoods carefully, and slowly. The right partner isn't the one with the nicest clubhouse — it's the one where somebody on the board already knows this is missing. Tell us about yours.
The offer
One membership. Every room.
1. The invitation — Biweekly gatherings, starting in Sweetwater. Come to yours, or drive fifteen minutes and go to someone else's. Sometimes leaving your own zip code is the entire treatment.
2. Small on purpose — Twelve people, capped. Big enough to find your person. Small enough that your absence is noticed and your silence isn't.
3. Ninety minutes, honored — We start on time and end on time. You may leave early without explaining yourself. This is in writing.
4. Choose your depth — Every gathering has a lane for going deeper into motherhood and a lane for stepping fully outside of it. You can switch. Nobody will remark on it.
5. Childcare, à la carte — Add it per event, per child, when you need it. Skip it when you don't. You shouldn't have to buy a package to get one evening.
